We strive to display all product information as accurately as possible, including images, sizes, materials, and descriptions.
Minor variations in:

• finishing
may occur due to production processes, lighting, or screen differences and do not constitute defects.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS
• All prices are listed on the website and may change without prior notice.
• Full payment is required before orders are processed.
• Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and shipped.

4. SHIPPING
• Shipping timelines are estimates only.
• Jakarta Boxing is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Once shipped, responsibility transfers to the customer.

LOCAL INDONESIA ORDERS
5. SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY (INDONESIA ONLY)
Size exchanges are only applicable for orders shipped within Indonesia.
Conditions:
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
• Approval is subject to inspection and stock availability
• Items showing signs of use or damage are not eligible
• Shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS (DEFECTIVE ITEMS – INDONESIA)
Refunds are only granted if:
• The product has a manufacturing defect, or
• The product received is significantly different from the description
Procedure:
1. Customer must provide photo/video evidence within [X] days
2. Item must be returned in original condition
3. Refund processed within [X] business days after inspection
❌ Refunds are not applicable for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection (eligible only for size exchange)
• Damage due to misuse or wear and tear

🌍 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS – STRICT TERMS
7. INTERNATIONAL SALES ARE FINAL
All international orders are FINAL SALE.
Once an order is shipped outside Indonesia, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, except for verified manufacturing defects as determined solely by Jakarta Boxing.

8. NO SIZE EXCHANGE (INTERNATIONAL)
No size exchange is available for international orders under any circumstances.
Customers are fully responsible for:
• Reviewing size charts
• Confirming measurements
• Understanding product specifications
Incorrect size selection does not qualify for refunds or exchanges.

9. DEFECTIVE CLAIMS (INTERNATIONAL)
• Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
• Clear photo/video evidence is required
• Jakarta Boxing reserves the sole discretion to determine whether a defect qualifies
⚠️ Cosmetic variations, minor stitching differences, leather grain differences, or color variation are not defects.

10. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & SHIPPING COSTS
If a defective return is approved:
• Return shipping, customs duties, taxes, and fees are fully borne by the customer
• Jakarta Boxing is not responsible for lost, delayed, seized, or damaged return shipments
• Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected

11. CUSTOMS, TAXES & IMPORT DUTIES
International customers are solely responsible for:
• Import duties
• Customs clearance
• Local taxes or VAT
Jakarta Boxing is not liable for customs delays, refusals, confiscation, or additional charges.

12. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & RISK
A shipment marked “Delivered” by the courier is considered final proof of delivery.
All risks transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the courier.

13. CHARGEBACK POLICY
By placing an order, customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for:
• Shipping delays
• Customs issues
• Size errors
• Change of mind
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in:
• Permanent purchase ban
• Submission of transaction evidence to payment providers

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jakarta Boxing shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of income or use
• Courier or customs-related issues beyond our control
