HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER

Below is a tutorial on how to track your order at Jakarta Boxing:

1. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

2. Once we ship your order and enter the tracking number, please click “View Order” / “View My Order” in the first email.

3. On that page, you will see the shipping courier we use (Pos Indonesia for international shipping and JNE for local shipping) along with your tracking number. Copy the tracking number.

4. Go to the Track Your Order page on our website and choose the appropriate shipping courier option (Pos Indonesia / JNE).

5. Enter your tracking number in the tracking field, and you will be able to see the latest updates on your order.
